Today I will be telling you a story about the time I lost my cat marshmallow in case you were wondering who that is marshmallow is one of my first cats along with peanut they were brothers. Marshmallow was one when I lost him it was 2021. it all started in October one night my dad forgot to close the garage door and the door that separated the garage and the house. we found out next morning that morning. We immediately took action .We printed posters and put them up around the neighborhood.Nobody found him we tried every way possible but at that time we were not experienced enough and didn’t think of the possibility of the  cats running away and we didn’t have any way to track them. I knew we couldn’t find him.That night after we tried everything to try to find Marshmallow I was very sad and I was so sad I couldn’t even get some sleep and in the following couple of days we decided to get a new cat.this time my mom went to pick the cat again we trusted mom because last time she did a really good job picking the cats  and I thought sending her was a good idea because it reminded me the first time we went to pick peanut and marshmallow that she brought  them home and sent  them out into the house. this time when we got the cat, we found out it was horribly terrified of us. We thought that there was something wrong with the cat and it turned out. We thought it might have been because of its past owner was mean to him. anyways, we didn’t think too much about it and we came up with a name which is Billy bear. The weirdest thing is I only got , to pet him one time in his whole time being at my house. Eventually he found a way out and ran away now I was experienced so I was not as sad as when I lost marshmallow this time we had a charm on his collar, but we found out that he took his collar off before running away, so we also lost him. so now we got a cat named marshmallow and now we were used to sending mom there and we found out that she got him near where my last summer camp was. my mom said when she got Mochi he  was meowing a lot so she picked him. now we have an AirTag on both peanut and Mochi and a cool thing is when peanut returned from his first escape from the house with marshmallow he was covered in cobwebs, and he was literally shaking, and during the timeline of when we first got him and Marshmallow  and now we have  mochi Peanut never went out of the house again because of the first night outside experience with marshmallow.  When Peanut returned he was so scared that he was shaking down to the bone every now and then mochi runs away, but we always know where he is because of the AirTag and he always returns because he’s smart and sometimes we get really concerned but when that happens, we can always find out where he is using the AirTag he is currently three years old. At the end of my presentation more of my story can you figure out what year we got him?if this year is 2025? But for now, let’s continue on with my story . amazingly when Mochi wants to go outside he meows but we found a short time cure .The short time cure some cat grass. recently after the earthquake, my cats were very upset when I came home from spring break because I wasn’t there while the earthquake happened so my cats were home and they experienced it and they were not happy with me, but I earned their trust back in the next couple of days. even though my cats sometimes still fight. I’ve been through it a lot of times even an though I lost marshmallow and Billy bear, and now I have peanut and mochi I know I will stay strong and be ready in case something else happens, but I know that I am experienced, and I have overcome that challenge mentally and physically by physically. I mean I was really sad during the night and I cried a lot. I have overcome that challenge now and I’m happy and I’m grateful and that is my story.
